Exchange/ Refund Policy
We have 7 days no Questions asked Exchange Policy and your product will be picked up from your location.
We offer 7 days conditional Refunds which are subject to approval as per conditions listed below we will not do return pickup and will not cover the cost of return shipping or be responsible in case of any courier damages on returns.
For the period of Coronavirus we are doing return pickups but we will deduct a Return Fee ranging from 100 to 150 rupees for your returns. You can choose either to send the product back to us or let us do return pickup at a charge
We have 7 days Return/Exchange Policy Only so to initiate return/exchange you have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery . You can also whatsapp or call us at 6304738754 ( 10am to 6pm only )
Returns / Exchange
Our Returns policy lasts 7 days after the Delivery of your Product. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description on the product detail page
- We Don't Offer Refund If the Product is as displayed on Product detail page and you have a Buyer's Remorse i.e you don't like the product
- In case You Don't Like the product and the product is as described on product detail page we can only offer you exchange
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
- Return the clothing in the original condition with the MRP and brand tag attached to the clothing to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement or refund if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing MRP tag.
- For Size Issues We Offer an Exchange within 7 days also we offer an exchange only once .
- Any Exchanged product will not be refunded or exchanged i.e only 1 time exchange will be given
- We Don't Offer Return shipping You will have to bear return shipping charges on your own
- We Don't Offer Return Pickup You will have to send the Product on your own and bear your own courier charges
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After Your Return is approved You will have to Return the product by courier to following address as we don't provide return pickup

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
